Feeling guilty

My sons ear was sore, he needed to see a doctor so after I picked up my daughter and another child up from school I took them all to the doctors surgery. This surgery is crazy in that they don't allow pushchairs past the lobby and instead expect you to offload all your kids and wait for ages in a toy free waiting area.
So here I was with two 3 year olds and a 2 year old, a plastic cake, a plastic burger, a teddy, a security blanket and a pile of bags and hats and lunch boxes in a waiting room with nothing but chairs.
My son (the 2 year old with a poorly ear) proceeded to knock on all the doctors doors and try to push them open. My 3 year old daughter decided to leave her beloved teddy on a chair while we were in the surgery after me asking her repeatedly to keep hold of him, and the other 3 year old(not mine) was throwing the said plastic cake around.
We marched in line into the surgery and rather painlessly were seen by the doctor, piled back into the pushchair and went next door to the chemist where everyone (me, in my head) screamed for half an hour while we waited for cream.
That night (and the point of this post) my daughter screamed all night saying she had a poorly ear and I didn't believe her because she often copies her brothers ailments. The next morning she still complained and when I finaly took her to the doctors it emerged she has an ear infection and needed antibiotics and ear drops. That is why I am feeling guilty!
